The aim of this practical workshop is:

  • how to lead team members working "remotely", both in a team environment consisting of members from the Czech Republic and a team consisting of multiple nationalities.
  • methods of leading virtual teams
  • ways to motivate and resolve conflicts between people in situations where a physical meeting is not possible
  • how to lead and motivate individual team members working remotely
  • to create a positive climate in the team and thus achieve better work results, i.e., complete projects on time, on deadline and in quality.
