At this course, you will learn the management decision-making techniques that will help you gain and then use the information necessary for making decisions. You will learn how to identify the risks of various options and handle the communication distortions in the team. Course graduates are able to provide objective information, prevent getting carried away by emotions and thus more easily achieving the set objectives, such as finishing the project, signing a contract and evaluating success. The course is designed for people working in management positions, regardless of orientation: managers of sales teams, production teams, logistics, etc.
